Hi! I’m Tizma Niar.
A proud Balinese with over a decade of experience
in the MICE industry.
I have hosted conferences, government forums,
product launches, and international gatherings for
leading brands and organizations.
My career began as a radio announcer at OZ Radio
Bali, where I developed the skill of engaging diverse
audiences with clarity and warmth.
Personal skill
Today, I also mentor at Public Speaking Bali, helping
aspiring communicators speak confidently.
I take pride in weaving Balinese hospitality and
culture into my hosting, creating events that are both
polished and memorable.

Standing in the stage and directing the crowd always
be my dream since beginning. I never imagined that
my passion of public speaking will be developed so
much in Bali. Helping all the client to pursue their
special moment such as, wedding, Gala Dinner,
meeting, congress, or any particular
event always be a pleasure for me. With a heart that
always ready to serve and learn, i am ready to
capture the needs of the clients, listen the details,
collaborate, and execute with a professional way. As
a result, the satisfaction feeling of the clients will
always be my special reward.
